1. ORDER ISSUES

If your order is incorrect, missing items, or unsatisfactory, please notify us immediately on the same day the issue occurs.

Refunds will not be granted if complaints are made after the same day of purchase or if sufficient evidence cannot be provided.

2. CANCELLATIONS

Orders cancelled before preparation begins may be eligible for full refund.

Once food or beverage preparation has started, cancellations are no longer refundable.

3. ALCOHOL PURCHASES

Under Texas state law, alcohol may only be sold to customers 21 years of age or older with valid, government-issued photo ID.

Alcohol orders must be picked up or received by the person who placed the order.

If valid ID cannot be presented at pickup or delivery:

Alcohol items will not be released.

Refunds will not be issued for those items.

Orders placed with false information or attempted by underage individuals will be canceled without refund.

4. REFUND METHOD

All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for purchase.

Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
