REFUND POLICY

At Silver Buffalo Saloon, we value our guests and aim to provide the highest quality food, beverages and service. We understand that situations may arise where a refund or replacement may be requested. This policy outlines our refund and cancellations guidelines to ensure fairness and clarity.

1. ORDER ISSUES

  • If your order is incorrect, missing items, or unsatisfactory, please notify us immediately on the same day the issue occurs.

  • Our team will review the situation, and where appropriate, we may offer:

  1. A replacement order,

  2. A partial refund, or

  3. A full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

  • Refunds will not be granted if complaints are made after the same day of purchase or if sufficient evidence cannot be provided.

2. CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders cancelled before preparation begins may be eligible for full refund.

  • Once food or beverage preparation has started, cancellations are no longer refundable.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly using the information provided below.

3. ALCOHOL PURCHASES

  • Under Texas state law, alcohol may only be sold to customers 21 years of age or older with valid, government-issued photo ID.

  • Alcohol orders must be picked up or received by the person who placed the order.

  • If valid ID cannot be presented at pickup or delivery:

  1. Alcohol items will not be released.

  2. Refunds will not be issued for those items.

  • Orders placed with false information or attempted by underage individuals will be canceled without refund.

4. REFUND METHOD

  • All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • We do not issue cash refunds for online purchases.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are considered final sale and are non-refundable:

  1. Gift Cards

  2. Promotional vouchers or discount codes

  3. Special event tickets (e.g. concert, private events, or ticketed experiences)

6. MANAGEMENT’S DISCRETION

  • All refund and replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Silver Buffalo Saloon reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse of this policy, fraudulent claims, or unreasonable requests.

  • Our goal is always to resolve issues fairly and promptly, keeping customer satisfaction in mind.
