  • If you cannot provide proof of age, alcoholic items will not be released, and refunds for those items will not be issued.

  • Orders placed by individual underage or without proper ID will be canceled.​

2. PLACING ORDERS

  • All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.

  • Prices are displayed in U.S dollars and are exclusively of applicable taxes, service fees, or delivery charges (if available) unless otherwise stated.

  • Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in the event of technical errors, pricing mistakes, or suspicious activity.

  • Payment must be completed at the time of order through our secure payment gateway.

4. PICKUP AND DELIVERY

  • Pickup orders:

    • Must be collected at the time selected during checkout.​

    • We are not responsible for missed pickups if you arrive late.

  • Delivery Orders (if available):

    • Accurate delivery information is required.

    • We are not responsible for delays or missed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, inaccessible locations, or third-party delivery services.

    • Alcoholic Deliveries: Only the person who placed the order may receive alcoholic beverages and must present valid government-issued ID upon delivery.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  • Orders canceled before preparation begins may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Orders canceled after preparation has started may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued via the original payment method.
